- Assisting one of our high-profile clients to continue its rapid expansion into the restaurant industry with the opening of further caffes/delicatessens in shopping centres and city locations throughout the country.
Education: Manchester University (BA Hons Philosophy and Politics) and College of Law, London.
Background and legal experience: After successfully completing the academic stage of legal qualification, Eliot gained over two years’ valuable legal and commercial experience working in-house at a major FTSE 100 telecommunications company where he worked on various commercial, regulatory and contentious matters as well as managing a high-profile campaign to protect the company’s brand against unfair competition.
