Jeff's areas of expertise:

- Employment disputes arising between employers and employees covering every stage of the employment process, including recruitment, discrimination, whistleblowing, dismissals, redundancy, pensions and TUPE.
- Commercial property disputes between landlords and tenants, including lease renewals, rent reviews, arrears, breach of covenant and dilapidation claims.
- Land law disputes including rights, ownership, contamination and covenants.
Recent interesting transactions:
- "We acted for the Receiver on a multiple car dealership. We sold the assets for only £0.50 (fifty pence) but we enabled the re-banking of the £15 million exposure."
