Recent interesting cases:
- "One of our clients, a large construction company, wanted to hire a 1,000 ton crane to dig the foundations of a high profile development. The hirer had double-booked the crane, which meant that our client would not be able to meet the tight deadline. We sued the hirer and our client received more than £100,000 in compensation."
