Simple employment contracts and a handbook containing all employment related policies (such as procedures for raising grievances, dealing with disciplinary issues, holidays, sickness, equal opportunities, training, data protection) can take a complex topic and turn it into something which is clear.

We recommend and prepare these documents for start-ups and longer established enterprises.  It is a good idea to review these from time to time.

For more senior employees, you need to consider whether you need to include restrictive covenants to protect your business and clients.

Senior employees also often consult us in relation to the restrictive covenants that may affect their ability to take up a new position or the terms that are being offered by a new employer.
