CBG’s client, Parisian restaurant group Big Mamma, opened its doors to their first London restaurant on Great Eastern Street Shoreditch last week. Each restaurant is uniquely named and this one is called ‘Gloria’.
CBG’s Property partner, Sammi Hsu, acted for Big Mamma on the acquisition of the site and was delighted to be part of the Big Mamma team to bring this wonderful concept to London. Sammi commented “there is no doubt that this concept will do exceptionally well in London and with Big Mamma’s dynamic team, they are going to be setting the standard in the F&B sector going forward. We look forward to assisting Big Mamma with future projects”.
