About Anthony

Anthony is the Head of our Company/Commercial and Banking Department and has extensive experience in these fields gained through working in a well-known City firm before joining CBG Law.

Anthony has particularly strong experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and shareholders' agreements as well as other corporate funding arrangements including IPO, private equity and venture capital work. Anthony is used to working for institutional and listed companies, large and small private companies and UHNW individuals.

Anthony also has extensive experience of real estate and general  banking work acting for banks and borrowers.
