About Monika
Monika joined the firm in October 2023 as a paralegal in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution department and began her training contract in April 2024. She currently supports the team on a variety of contentious matters including property and, landlord and tenant disputes.

Recent Experience
- Carrying out research on relevant authorities including new case law which may affect our client’s position.
- Assisting in reviewing documentation and preparing correspondence.
- Compiling, drafting and preparing documents for multiple residential possession proceedings across a number of different matters.
- Instructing and liaising with Counsel to help our clients obtain specialist advice on complex issues, particularly on matters involving a breach of covenant.
- Participating in a mediation for a high-profile client, involving claims from both parties for breach of contract.
