Acting for a property developer in claim against trespassers and successfully obtaining possession of a large commercial unit with over 20 squatters within a quick period of time.
Advising residential landlords in relation to the sale of a freehold, and the preparation and service of notices pursuant to section 5 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 on qualifying tenants to allow them the Right of First Refusal.
