Drafting the trust provisions for an escrow trust agreement for a company offering a payment platform for the payment of large sums between parties to large commercial transactions, including the sale of private company shares and the purchase of a ship.
Securing social housing relief on the purchase of a block of around 90 flats by a London Council for over £7 million where the purchase consideration included right to buy receipts and thereby achieving an SDLT saving of over £275,000.
