Obtaining a possession order for a residential property for a client after a 3 year long battle where there were allegations of fraud from both parties.
Successfully enforcing a Judgment obtained against a debtor after 3 years of chasing the debt where the debtor was avoiding payment and moving property out of their name. A bankruptcy petition was presented by our client and shortly before the hearing the debtor paid the debt, interest and all costs.
Acting for both landlords and tenants in proceedings brought for commercial lease renewals
Successfully defending a freeholder of a block of flats after proceedings were brought by the long leaseholder for non-compliance of the freeholders repairing obligations.
Acting for tenants where the landlord has failed to comply with their contractual and statutory duty to keep the property in good repair.
