Orla joined the firm as a paralegal in the Dispute Resolution Department in October 2024 and started working in the Commercial Real Estate Department in April 2026.

She graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2021, before going on to complete the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course.

Orla qualified as a Solicitor in September 2026.

Orla is a Solicitor in the Commercial Real Estate team and her experience includes:

Acting for landlords and tenants in connection with the grant of commercial leases.

Acting on the purchase and sale of freehold properties.

Acting on asset management matters (including licences and wayleave agreements).

Preparing and drafting leases, licences to occupy, deeds of covenant and 1954 Act contracting out documentation.

Assisting in data room/document reviews and reporting.
