Danielle is an Associate in our Commercial and Residential Property department having previously worked in a property focused law firm since the beginning of her legal career in 2013.

Danielle also has experience acting on residential property transactions and can assist with buying, selling or re-financing of a residential property.

Danielle prides herself in offering her clients practical advice and clear communication.

Danielle advises clients on all aspects of commercial property including:

• dealing with the negotiations of new leases and assignment of leases
• lease renewals acting for both landlords and tenants
• property finance transactions acting for both lenders and borrowers on bridging finance and commercial mortgages
